  • Peak Seasons & Holidays: Processing can extend up to 5-7 business days.

Once dispatched, your package is officially on the way.

Delivery timelines depend on your location. Here’s a general overview:

  • United States: 7-10 Business Days
  • Australia: 5-10 Business Days

Please note: Customs inspections, holidays, and carrier delays may affect tracking updates and transit times.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

  • Customer Responsibility: You must ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
  • Address Verification: If our system spots any issues, we’ll email you within 3 business days. If you don’t reply in time, we may cancel your order.
  • Need a Change? Email hello@sofacure.com within 24 hours if you spot an error. We’ll do our best to adjust, but can’t guarantee changes after that.

Delayed Delivery

We try hard to ship your order quickly, but sometimes delays happen due to reasons we can’t control (like carrier issues, severe weather, or supply shortages). If your delivery is late, we’ll do what we can to help. However, Sofacure is not responsible for any delays once the package is in the carrier’s hands.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Out of Our Control: Once we hand off your package, it’s the carrier’s responsibility.
  • If Your Package Is Lost or Stolen:
    • Contact hello@sofacure.com so we can assist.
    • File a claim with the carrier, since they may need details directly from you.
    • In some cases, we might offer a replacement if the package can’t be found.
    • Consider filing a police report if it’s confirmed stolen.

Please note these situations fall outside our refund policy, but we will do our best to help you find a solution.
