At Sofacure, we’re dedicated to helping you find relief and comfort through our products. We strongly believe in their effectiveness and suggest using them for at least 14 days before deciding to return. If you’re not fully satisfied after 14 days—and it’s still within the 60-day guarantee period—please email us at hello@sofacure.com to initiate a return.
Cancellation Policy
- You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, your order will likely have begun processing, and we may not be able to modify it.
- If your order is successfully canceled within the first 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

- We encourage you to use our products for at least 14 days to enjoy their full benefits.
- If, after those 14 days (but still within 60 days of purchase), you’re unhappy with your items, you may return them.
- Please note that any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.
- To start a return, contact us via the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@sofacure.com. Providing your Order Number or the Name and Email used for the order will help us process your return faster.
Damaged Items
- We carefully pack our products to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if there is a defect or if the product itself is broken.
- Cosmetic damage to packaging (like dented boxes) with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
- If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@sofacure.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll determine if you qualify for a free replacement.
- We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or general use over time.
Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to ship orders on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
- If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
- Sofacure is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
